How many devices can I use simultaneously?+
Trial and Basic plans allow 1 simultaneous connection. The Standard plan allows 2 connections, and the Premium (yearly) plan allows 3 connections. If you need more connections, contact us for a custom plan.
Which IPTV player app should I use?+
We recommend TiviMate (Firestick/Android TV), IPTV Smarters Pro (Android/iOS), GSE Smart IPTV (iOS), Smart IPTV or SS IPTV (Smart TVs), and VLC or Kodi (PC/Mac). Our installation guide covers all devices in detail.

What streaming quality is available?+
We offer SD, HD (720p), Full HD (1080p) and 4K/UHD streams depending on the source channel. The majority of our channels are available in HD or FHD, with a growing selection of 4K sports and premium content.
What internet speed do I need?+
We recommend: SD - 5 Mbps, HD - 10 Mbps, Full HD - 25 Mbps, 4K - 50 Mbps. A stable wired (ethernet) connection always provides the best streaming experience. If using Wi-Fi, ensure you have a strong signal close to your router.
Why is my stream buffering?+
Buffering is usually caused by: slow internet connection, Wi-Fi interference, or overloaded VPN. Try: switching to a wired connection, restarting your router, disabling VPN, or choosing a different stream quality. Contact our support if the issue persists.

How do I pay for my subscription?+
